A mom with a passion to improve lives and building emotional connections with my friends and family. I enjoy being active, traveling with my family, living a spiritual and health driven life, being creative with furniture or art, outdoor activities, and helping those in need through life’s inevitable challenges by helping them heal from their habits, hurts, and hang-ups.
